When you provide us with your details, we are working on the assumption that by your offerings you agree for us to hold these details. You have the option at any time to instruct us to destroy your details and remove you from our register.
When you sign up to the mailing list we take your email address and add it to the mailing list where we produce marketing emails.
Aside from using your details on Bidpath, we will never pass on your information to a third party unless necessary and confirmed by you.
How do I withdraw my consent?
Please contact us in any instance to have your details removed or to be removed from the mailing list.
Please be aware that at times we may photograph and record video footage on viewing days and sale days.
By attending, you acknowledge that you have been informed that you may be photographed and recorded, and that you give permission for your likeness and voice to be used and any recordings will belong to Enniskillen Auctions and may be used at later dates.
